An iPod has been released in Thailand in time for the upcoming celebrations of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Diamond Jubilee, marking his Accession to the Throne 60 years ago.
Found this in a Bangkok mall yesterday - what appears to be a themed iPod to tie in with the celebrations of the King of Thailand's Diamond Jubilee. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is the world's longest serving monarch and revered by all Thai people. The iPod - both normal and nano versions - comes in a yellow presentation box and has a white carry pouch as well - I'm sketchy on the full details as I need to get the sign translated by one of my Thai friends, as it was (surprise!) only written in Thai. The retail price for the iPod is 19.900 Thai Baht ($US 525) and 11,900 for the nano (US$ 312)

I’ve bought this limited edition for Bht 16.500 including the adapter in the Uficon shop in the Pantip Mall.
It’s the normal IPOD 60 G VDO
A collectors item!
